Online Trading Account
Intercapital Invest offers one of Romania's leading online trading platforms at www.ktrade.ro.
With ktrade.ro clients have realtime access to their portfolios, financial position and account status for Romanian securities. Using this information clients may enter buy and sell orders over the internet, orders which are confirmed and executed in real time.
Ktrade.ro accounts are not assisted by a broker, but online clients have full acces to Intercapital Start, our online analysis and valuation system for Romanian securities, and to all of our research reports, also available in Intercapital Start.
Online trading accounts have lower fees than broker-assisted accounts, as follows:

There are no additional account opening or management fees. The RON/EUR and RON/USD exchange rates are available here: http://www.bnro.ro. The initial commission rate can be re-negotiated after three-month intervals from the opening of the account or from the previous negotiation, based on the table above. The minimum investment for opening an online trading account is 1,000 EUR.
For opening an account please go to www.ktrade.ro, and click on the "Open An Account" link in the menu. You will be required to fill out an online form as well as printed forms that need to be sent by registered mail. Complete instructions for opening the account are available on the website.
