Broker-Assisted Account
A broker-assisted investment account with Intercapital Invest allows real-time access to our brokers for information, advice and recommendations for your trading strategies on the Romanian Market. Trading fees are calculated and retained as a percentage of each trade value. This percentage is based on average monthly trading volumes; fees are initially set according to the value of the investment account, as follows:

The RON/EUR and RON/USD exchange rates are available here: http://www.bnro.ro/. The initial commission rate can be re-negotiated after three-month intervals from the opening of the account or from the previous change, based on the table above.
We charge no account opening, transfer, management, consulting or withdrawal fees. We offer recommendations and analyses required for implementation of a successful investment strategy on the Romanian market.
Clients have full access to Intercapital Start, our online valuation and analysis system for Romanian securities (for activating your account in this system please see the Intercapital Start option in the main menu).
For opening a broker-assisted investment account please visit our offices at Bd. Aviatorilor Nr. 33, First Floor, Sector 1, Bucharest (for additional details see the Contact Us section). The documents required are an identification document for individual investors, or incorporation documents for institutional investors (company articles of incorporation, registration with the Registry of Commerce or equivalent institution, delegation and identification document for liaison person, current status of company from the Registry of commerce). Funds will be transferred to the accounts of Intercapital Invest with numbers RO10 BRDE 450S V066 3175 4500 for EUR or RO21 BRDE 450S V051 1542 4500 for USD, opened with BRD Bank Romania, MCC branch (transfers in EUR and USD are allowed for non-resident investors only).
After opening an account you will work with one of our brokers and send orders through e-mail, fax, phone, or at one of our offices. If you already have an investment account in Romania, you can transfer it over to us with no costs from our part.
