Bucharest Stock Exchange Listing Info

The Board of Directors of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) has approved on May 26, 2010 the listing of BSE's own shares on the Exchange's own regulated market.

Trading with BSE shares starts on June 8, 2010. Intercapital Invest is the manager of BSE's self listing process. The Exchange's own admission to trading is a technical listing, carried out without an Initial Public Offering.

Intercapital was involved in other notable transactions on the Romanian market in recent years, including managing the country's largest public fixed income issue (World Bank, 2006), taking part in the distribution group of the country's largest IPO (SNTGN Transgaz, 2007) and managing the only IPOs in Romania in 2009 (for funds OTP WiseRO and OTP Green Energy).
