Start Trading of OTP Green Energy Fund

The Board of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in its meeting on March 25, 2010, has approved the admission to trading of the OTP Green Energy Fund on the regulated market of the exchange. Trading of the fund's units starts on April 1, 2010. The fund's ticker is GRE.

OTP Green Energy is a capital guarantee closed-end fund managed by OTP Asset Management Romania. The fund offers a 12% guaranteed return over its lifespan of 3.5 years and additional returns based on Societe Generale's ERIX index of European renewable energy companies.

The fund carried out an IPO on the BSE which was closed successfully in December 2010. The IPO was managed by Intercapital Invest.Additional information on the fund is available here.

Intercapital Invest managed the only two IPOs in Romania in 2009, those of funds OTP WiseRO and OTP Green Energy.
