Successful Closing of OTP Green Energy Offering

The Initial Public Offering of the OTP Green Energy fund managed by Intercapital Invest was closed successfully. The total number of fund units placed in the offering was 43,584, with a total value of 8.8 Million RON (2.0 Million EUR).

The offering was oversubscribed, with the total number of fund units sold being 109% of the initial offer of 40,000 units. According to the fund's prospectus, the fund increased the number of units offered to match the increased demand. Thus, the allocation index in the offering is 1.00, with every investor being allocated the full number of fund units subscribed. The total number of orders recorded in the offering was 701.

The OTP Green Energy offering is the second IPO carried out on the Bucharest Stock Exchange this year, after the IPO of the OTP WiseRO fund, closed successfully in July. Both IPOs were managed by Intercapital Invest.
