Intercapital Invest is a securities broker licensed by The National Securities Commission (CNVM) to provide investment, brokerage and consulting services on the Romanian Capital Market. We execute stock, bond and derivatives trades on Romanian securities markets - the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), the Rasdaq Market (RASDAQ) and the Sibiu Monetary, Financial and Commodities Exchange (BMFMS). We also provide investments in mutual funds, as well as financial analysis, and management of public bond and stock issues.

Intercapital Invest was established in 1995 and is a founding member of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The company was licensed by the National Securities Commission and carries license number 113/22.08.1995 (updated in 2005 with license number 2063/04.07.2003). The company's majority shareholders are the management team of private equity funds Romanian-American Enterprise Fund and Balkan Accession Fund. Intercapital Invest's auditor is KPMG Romania. 

The company is one of the largest independent brokers in Romania. Major milestones include the management of the largest public fixed income issue on the local capital market (World Bank, 2006), participation in the syndicate that placed the largest IPO on the market (Transgaz, 2007) and management of the only two IPOs in Romania in 2009 (OTP WiseRO and OTP Green Energy).
